“Brough is the best. We bought carpet from Brough for the upstairs of our house about 3 years ago. Bob did a great job installing it. As of today, there are still no seams, folds or any other defect. This is the first time we have had a true quality carpet installation. Brough matched the quote we got from Home Depot Karen was also very helpful, we needed extra Mohawk flooring to finish a downstairs bedroom we started. I called Mohawk 3 different times and talked to 3 departments, none of them provided any help. Karen took care of it and we had the boxes of flooring the following week.”
