“I had my carpeting replaced in my Studio from Brough last month and i have to say, i am SO IMPRESSED!!! The installer they sent out was very knewledgable and kind, Quick and thorough with his work. Dave, who sold me my carpeting, was A HUGE HELP, patient and fun to work with for this process, as i wanted to perfect carpeting to compliment my studio. This was a huge change for me and i couldn't be happier. Every time i walk past my room i get so happy looking at the new look and am so relieved i chose BROUGH. Thank you Dave and Lisa for your expertise. I will forever recommend my family to come in and see you for their carpeting needs and beyond.”

“I just purchased an adjustable bed with a mattress I thought would serve me well. After a couple of nights, I realized I chose the wrong mattress. I stopped back in and Lisa showed me few others, made a new mattress selection. Their guys brought it out the next day for the exchange. I'm extremely happy with the bed, mattress, and most of all the service. I expected, and would have happily paid restocking. Dave said having a happy customer was their business.
