Honest, Trustworthy, Educate You on A Variety of Options, Service Oriented, and Deliver Above and Beyond Expectation. We couldn’t recommend Andrew and his team enough. From the first interaction, through to the completed install - the communication as been second to none. I was never left guessing what/when/why, they were always proactive in reaching out to me. A rarity in many service businesses. Additionally, the installers were fantastic. Prompt, Thorough, Clean, Professional, etc. It was a top-notch experience all around. We “shopped” a number of flooring companies prior to choosing Brothers - and quite simply - save yourself the time. I’m not sure they can be beat. Competitive pricing is important, but the level of service they provide would be worth paying a premium for if you had to. Support a local, family owned/operated business. They’ll treat you like family too.”

“What a pleasant experience it was working with the Brothers Floor Covering staff. From the new wood floor installers, the new and old wood floor strip and staining crew, and new carpet installers (carpet in 6 rooms) we are a pleased with all updates. Brothers Floor Covering have a professional and friendly staff both in the store and the teams doing the work in our home. The excellent communication was a welcome change from other companies we have used in the past. From beginning to end, they were just a phone call away from any question or concern that popped up. We felt very comfortable with this family owned and operated company. We would recommend them.”

“no brainer... go with brothers! First we got multiply quotes from many places. Buying a new home and the budget is tight, Brother's was by far the best pricing. Second, I was so impressed at their timeline. They made room to squeeze us in right during the holidays when all the other companies were telling me we would need to wait until late January. That's just too long to go with old dog peed on carpet! They are kind and patient, helping you make the decision about the best flooring for your house. We will for sure be using Brother's in the near future when we are ready to re- carpet our basement.”

“Family owned Brothers Floor Covering was a pleasure to work with. We went in looking for hardwood floors to recover the main level of our house and ended up with a product more suitable for our family, Coretec luxury vinyl planking. The whole process of removing ceramic, hardwood, and carpeting and laying the new floors and baseboards only took about 5 days! Edgar, the installer, was amazing to work with. He was extremely polite and efficient and always let us know when he would be there the following day. I would definitely recommend Brothers to anyone looking for new floors.”
