From the moment I stepped into the show floor to look at carpet options for my stair runner the Brothers staff was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. That superior service continued throughout the process even when there were concerns about shipping delays in the COVID environment. Andrew was quick to jump to a solution and keep us on schedule for install. “Brothers Flooring was a wonderful company to work with! They were kind, genuine, and trustworthy. Our new floors look beautiful! We removed the carpet from our first floor and replaced it all with LVP. We love the floors so much! :) You can see the before and after pic below. Andrew was great and came out to our house to help us make decisions and give estimates. They got us scheduled very quickly! Once the floors were finished, there was a miscommunication that we would still need to have the trimming repainted once they were done. (They remove the shoe mold and trim to put the floors in and when they put it back on, it needs to have the holes covered and be repainted). Ideally, this would have been verbally explained to me since I was not aware of that process. Andrew referred me to a wonderful painter who was able to come out the next day luckily. It was annoying since this was an extra step and cost that I didn’t know would need to happen ahead of time. Overall though, I would recommend Brothers Flooring!”
