“Was happy with everything during the process. Things did get interrupted in March when the install was to happen. Did manage to get it done this past week. It looks great. The installer did a great job. The only thing I wasn’t happy about was the spattering of mortar/grout left on the tub. Not major but I would have liked the tub to be covered prior so there would have been no need for cleanup. He also left mortar/grout on the screen door handle and door when he was coming in and out. The other issue was the removable side panel on the jet tub. I asked him to check to ensure that the panel can be removed in case work needed to be done on the motor or piping. I am not certain that this was done. I tried to see if it was removable but wasn’t able to get it to budge. I did speak with my sales person and he said he would speak with the installer. Overall he did a beautiful job and my bathroom looks beautiful!,”
