“Stunning!! Beautiful!! I am so pleased with the whole experience and my floor looks better than I ever imagined they would. Manuel and his crew did an amazing job. The guys were polite and friendly, respected me and my home. I was amazed at how clean and organized they kept the work area, which is one good reason why the job was done so well. They kept the new floor covered with cardboard and kept the tools off the floor and did not make a single scratch or dent in the new wood. Everything they did, they vacuumed and cleaned up. They remove all the baseboard molding and put it all back when they were done with the floor and you cannot tell, it looks just like it did. When they were done, they sprayed some Bona and cleaned the floor to a shine and put my furniture back in place. I used a natural red oak pre-finished wood, Mayra suggested using a matte finish with a mix of 2 ¼ and 3 ¼ boards, and I am so glad I did that, thank-you Mayra. The floor looks so good I have decided to replace all my carpet in the three bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and the laundry room. If you want a professional looking floor that will last for 100 years, then I highly recommend Manuel, Mayra and Blackwood Floors.”
