“I called them last fall for wood installation which was done pretty well. No complaints at all about it. This year I called them for carpet installation and I think it should have 1 year warranty. But carpet is poping off since it has been installed and we can feel nails (which is not safe to walk). I have been trying to reach past 4-5 months but no luck. Atleast there should be warranty when nails are coming off. Now I have to call someone else and again pay for all this. No a good service when it came to carpet installation. Not recommended. I have picture proof as well.”

“Michael was professional and his communication was excellent. We had carpet, fireplace T mold and damaged laminate replaced. I was unable to meet him at our rental because I live 2 hours away, but he was able to take care of everything in a timely manner. Reasonably priced too. Will be using him again for other properties.”
