“Excellent experience working with Michael and team from Big Deal Flooring to get our new carpets installed. Michael came to our home on time, measured the space, and showed us tons of samples of both carpet and pad. After shopping around a bit we felt most comfortable with Michael's estimate and professionalism and decided to move forward. On install day, the Big Deal Flooring crew led by Bernardo arrived on time and completed the job the same day. They were very careful moving furniture around and made sure they cleaned up before leaving. We were very pleased with the overall experience and plan to use Michael and Big Deal for our flooring needs in the future.”

“We had an amazing experience working with Michael and team. We needed carpets replaced throughout our home and scheduled an estimate with Michael. Michael showed up right on time and brought along with him a lot of samples. After shopping around a bit we decided to hire him. On installation day his crew showed up on time. They were very careful moving furniture out of the way and worked hard throughout the day. In the end they placed all the furniture back exactly how it was before they started and they made sure they cleaned up. We are very pleased with our new carpet experience and plan on using Big Deal Flooring again for our future flooring needs.”

We did luxury vinyl plank throughout our entire first floor and we are absolutely in love with how it turned out. “Michael was extremely polite, professional, and punctual. He was quick to respond and graciously worked around some last minute schedule conflicts. His installation crew was very careful moving our furniture and did a fantastic job and worked tirelessly to not strip out the old and install the new, but also cleaned up really well after. Carpet quality and price was unbeatable and the installation warranty offers a piece of mind just in case. With the upgraded padding, it felt like walking on pillows and now I’m considering sleeping on the floor. We are extremely happy with the whole process and highly recommend Mike and Big Deal Flooring!!”
