“We were looking for carpet to replace the worn out carpet in our sunroom. Jessica met us at the door with the most radiant smile and welcome. We told her we really didn't know what we were looking for but we didn't want barber but wanted something that was pet friendly and would wear better than the berber. She showed us many options that were available in the showroom but said they could get us something else if what they had wasn't fitting our needs. My wife chose one of the options that was presented and got the upgraded pad for free. Installation could have been done the following day but we had to move a fish tank first. All other furniture could be done by them. Wow. We highly recommend Best Buy Flooring and we will definitely use them again in the future.. Thanks Jessica”
