“Best buy flooring has really good customer service. They were always friendly when we went in there. The contractors they use is a different story. They were late the first day. Said they would be at our house by 11 they ended up getting to our house at about 1130. The second day they said they would come between 9-930 and they didn't show up until almost 1230. We noticed that our sons room has been really cold and realized they didn't cut out the hole for the vent so my husband had to do it. The contractors they use aren't that professionally but best buy itself is a good company and we are really happy with the carpet we chose.”

“Great store. Found the larger size carpeting. 15' no one else had it in the size I was looking for. But they carry lots of your other flooring. Price was very reasonable. Yet - being in hazlewood - they have a 10% tax. Otherwise staff was very accommodating. Is worth looking there before buying somewhere else or at least calling to compare.”
