“I bought carpet from Bell's recently and had a great experience from beginning to end. I had a very patient and caring sales person, Angela Johnson. She was helpful and never pushy. She helped me find the exact color and texture I needed, but then had to be patient with me for several months while I was deciding whether or not to spend the money. As soon as I made the decision she was right with me to take measurements and set up appointments, being careful to allow ample time for new paint to completely dry before carpet installation. She sent out a professional crew who did an excellent job, then waited for a week or so before billing me, saying Bell's wanted to be completely certain we are happy with the end result before asking us to pay. I thought it was an excellent experience. I would always go to Bell's Carpet first when I need carpet replacement. They have an excellent selection and deal only in good quality products. I would always ask for Angela when I return. She was very pleasant to work with and very professional.”

He even fixed the squeak in our floor and knew exactly what was causing it and how to fix it.”

I was getting overwhelmed with all the choices and options out there but Bell's Carpet online tool helped narrow down the choices for me. When I arrived at the store to see the samples in person, Angie greeted me with a smile and helped me through the whole process to narrrow down my choices and helped me pick the best flooring for me (Pergo Extreme LVT). My remodel project had a few steps to get to before the floors were ready but Angie checked in periodically to see how all was going. She was great with setting up the whole installation process and followup. I absolutely love my new floors and it makes my house feel like a new house. I couldn't be happier with Bell's and Angie.
