“I waited almost a year to submit this review because the quality of the job is important but equally important is how it holds up over time, and how responsive a company is if you need to reach them later on. On all three counts, Ritchie gets five stars! Ritchie replaced a marmoleum floor in my kitchen and dining area last fall and did an outstanding job. Marmoleum is expensive material and you definitely want the best installers. My installation required an inset of a contrasting color, and I’m very particular about the seams, etc. Everyone who comes in comments on how beautiful it looks and I’m thrilled! Now, a year later, I had some minor flooding which caused one edge of the flooring to come unglued. When I called, Ritchie was very responsive and told me exactly what to do. I have let it dry for several weeks as he suggested and now I will have them come and glue it back down. I have complete confidence in them and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone!”

When he removed an old rug, I saw right away it delivers a 30 per cent increase in size and makes the room look bigger and cleaner.
