“Arson was very helpful but -1 star he kept caressing the carpets”

“My wife and I shopped all over Brooklyn to replace the stair runner in our brownstone. We looked at every store’s selections and their prices. Bay Ridge clearly came out ahead. The salesman who was also the owner was a easy to work with and helpful. That didn’t stop us from being anxious about actually getting the carpet installed. The experience could not have been better. He was accommodating, and the workers were punctual and neat. And he work is beautiful! We couldn’t be more happy.”
