We knew what we needed (3 custom cut room sized rugs), including one that needed to be oddly cut. We provided the information over the phone to Max, who took our information a got back to us very quickly with a very reasonable quote. We were expecting a 3 week delivery period, but the rugs were delivered and laid out for us within a week of our order. The rugs were perfect, and the service even better!
