John the owner was very informative and put us at ease, the installers were great they made sure everything was done right. They are very knowledgable and the selection is unbelievable . I just recently went back as I told them after my first order. AGAIN they were phenomenal and help with my very demanding taste. This is a friendly, knowledgeable professional showroom and business and they offer a tremendous variety of products from quality manufacturers. We purchased Mohawk carpeting and installation with selection assistance from John the manager. He seemed to know just the right questions to ask while assisting us with our selection. The installation crew was courteous and respectful to us and our home. The only trace that they were in our home was from the impeccable quality installation of the new carpeting.
