“I had carpets/tile removed and engineered hardwood installed throughout the first floor of my house and plank tile installed in the kitchen area. I had a very good experience from the beginning with Ernesto who patiently listened to what I wanted and guided me without telling me what to do. He stayed in communication throughout the planning process, which I found reassuring. There was a project manager, Carlos, who planned the logistics around my kids schedules and respected my safety concerns since we stayed living in the house during the process. During the actual work I made sure to be around and accessible for any questions that came up and so I could give my input on the minor changes and uncertainties that arose. The men working in the house were always on time and considerate. The owner of the company, Michael, stopped by a couple times during the project. He was incredibly helpful and appreciated as it wrapped up, offering some aesthetic solutions to a couple issues that I wouldn’t have known were options without him. I’m really happy with the results.”
