“We trusted BA Flooring to lay 24”x48” tile for us. Donnie is professional, thorough and answered all my questions. He was reassuring as I was nervous as to how our new flooring would look with our existing tile. Donnie and his crew discussed the situation and described how they would handle the transition. We have an open floor plan and they determined ahead of time how to lay the tile where it seamlessly flows from one area to the other. We couldn’t be more pleased with our flooring. Donnie’s crew was efficient and tidy through the day. Materials and baseboards were neatly stored at night. After unloading the tiles, they flattened the boxes to make a path from our patio to their van. Donnie came often to check on their work and our satisfaction. “We had new carpeting installed in our master bedroom. The experience was great from the start. The salesmen were very patient with me answering all my questions and showing me many styles as I wasn’t quite sure what I wanted. The installation went smoothly also. We had someone else do the flooring in the living room a year ago and I was not at all satisfied with the process. I highly recommend BA Flooring and Designs and will use them again myself.”
