“Donnie was the Best in customer service and his helpfulness and listening ability to our needs. He picked the 2 perfect tiles for our master shower redo and the process was painless. The construction from start to finish was about 5 days and the crew was very respectful of the work environment and cleaned up everyday! Thank you BA Flooring - I live in BA and wanted to keep it local and glad I did. Here are some before and after picks. Also a shout out to Russell Black-Glass Doctor of Tulsa/BA for the fabulous door, Locke Supply-BA for the magnificent Shower head and BA Plumbing for their part in fixing and moving pipe. Keeping it local combined with Customer Service is #1 in my books and lands the job. We will have more projects and even though these were small scale-the others will all add up!”

“Tyler did a great job of helping us get new carpet in our bedrooms and office. We wished we had gone to him when we purchased wood and tile for other parts of our house. He was courteous and very respectful of all our needs which is more than we can say about the sales people at another company. We will use BA Flooring again. Thank you Tyler!”
