“The fact that they have been in business since 1971 is amazing. Most places can't even hold their own for a year! They are friendly and versatile. Whatever kind of floor or window covering you may need, they have it - most of it is right there in the warehouse on site! Don't waste your time with those rush in and out companies that won't guarantee anything...Go to Arrowhead!”

“The guys doing our carpet were on time, moved the heavy furniture out of all 3 rooms and got to work. They arrived at 8 and left about 10. That included moving furniture ripping out carpet and pads, installing new pad and carpet, then moving furniture back into rooms. We are very happy customers! “They are unbeliveable good. They did our whole house and we asked for rush service so it would be down before the furniture was delivered. They did it the next day and their installers were there until 10 PM to get it done--no extra charge. I cannot recommend them highly enough. I'm guessing the one bad reference is from a competitor--obviously no one that has purchased from them.”

“This is a rebuttal of the review by John M.. Mr. M is not telling the whole story. They did order wood, when it came in and they inspected it, (they wanted to open every carton) they expressed their dissatisfaction of the color. We told them if they did not want it, we could send it back, but there would be a restock charge. They were told that the manufacturer did not guarantee the wood to be an exact match to the sample, wood is a natural product and due to the color variation it is not possible to guarantee exact color match. We told them to talk it over and decide if they wanted it or not. They decided to take it! I do not believe that they ever contacted the manufacturer, the manufacturer would have sent out an inspector. Mr. M should have sent it back like we suggested. We offered a refund less the restock charge. I am sorry he is unhappy, we have been in business for over 30 years and we always want our customers to be happy.”
