“We originally purchased three rooms of wood flooring and three rooms with light cream colored carpet. After about six months we started noticing four 6” wide dark uniform lines running almost the full length of the three rooms, some darker and longer than the others but all could be seen. After a carpet cleaner inspected it he could only get 40 to 50% of the stain up. A couple days later Arrowhead Carpet and Tile called and informed us that they would be replacing all three rooms of carpet at NO CHARGE!!!!! If that’s not exceptional and quality service I don’t know what is. I would definitely go back if I ever need quality service and products for my flooring needs. Thanks to the entire team at Arrowhead.”
