“Carla was great to work with. We were looking for a high quality wool carpet. They had a really good selection from different suppliers. We had a tight schedule and changed our mind a couple of times, but she worked through it all. Her installer was backed up, but squeezed us in and stayed until 9:00 at night to get it done without cutting any corners. It was a difficult product to install but came out perfect. Very satisfied … and I’m picky.”

“I walked into the store on West Bell Road with only a couple of inspiration photos and Sara and Steve immediately took care of me. My renovation was a little different than their normal jobs---I had two builder-grade shower/tub combos removed and replaced with tiled, walk-in showers and a couple of small tiled floors installed. From choosing matching tiles and designing the showers Sara and Steve were the ultimate professionals. A couple of pre-installation meetings at the house with the entire team and we were scheduled promptly and the work was completed on time. It's been a few weeks now and the showers look and feel great. I would definitely use AZ Floors again.”
