“I'll be honest we first came out to their showroom because they had what we needed in stock and with COVID everything has been on back order. BUT so GLAD we did!! The staff was very helpful, pricing was just as good or better than the big box stores...and when our dryer came in it was slightly damaged off the delivery truck. Kurt worked with us and got us a replacement, no questions asked! They truly went above and beyond, when the time comes we will be back!!”

“I planned a kitchen remodel for the first of June, and started shopping for a dishwasher in mid-April, unaware of the COVID-related supply issues hitting appliance manufacturers. The Bosch that I wanted wasn't on the sales floors of the big box stores, nor available for order on their websites. I went to the appliance dealer near Jordan Creek and was told that the model hadn't been available for months, but wouldn't I like to step up to a model that was $400 more? That evening I checked Archer's website and the model was available for order, even in white like I wanted. I thought maybe the website hadn't been updated so I called the next morning. Archer's knew the model was back in production and about to be shipped, and they'd have it in a couple weeks! They were 100% correct. I got the model I wanted (and love it!) for the same price as the big box stores, and Archer's delivered for free! Two thumbs up!”
