“I called ahead and talked to Dave prior to coming in. He listened to my needs, offered some solutions and recommended we next come in to the store. Upon arrival we were greeted and Dave picked up our conversation where we left off. We explained the appliance features that were important to us and what things we may have wanted to avoid. He showed us several models with varying degrees of features and costs. We selected a model after reviewing several, paid for it and set a delivery date. Archer was a great company to work with, I will use them again in the future.”
