“Please never go to a big box store. We did, decided against it after an uncomfortable start, and came to American Flooring. The owners are great, employees more than outstanding. Products are presented correctly, timeline for install is right on, and quality of product as well as work is superior. I've no doubt it's our "go to" place for all things flooring in the area!”

“Everything went right on time. Rob and his co worker were neat and thorough. If I hadn’t been there to check on the re-placement of the furniture it wouldn’t have mattered one bit. They had everything perfectly placed.. They vacuumed everything and scooped up all scraps and debris.and left me feeling like I had a new house! Also very careful of my newly painted walls and baseboards!! Great job!”

“Just had carpet and tile replaced with a Mohawk wood laminate in our home in Fernandina Beach. The owner, Jeff, grew up in Dalton, Georgia, and earned his degree in Textiles from Georgia Tech (Go Jackets!) so he knows his products as well as surface preps. My installation was scheduled for the week after Hurricane Irma hit and I had purchased an airline ticket from Atlanta to Jacksonville several weeks prior in order to be in town for the job. Windy and Maureen went above and beyond to ensure my floor would be installed as scheduled and I so appreciate their willingness to accommodate my schedule. The installers were great, did not damage a thing, put everything back correctly, and cleaned up beautifully. Would highly recommend this locally owned business rather than using one of the big box stores.”
