“My carpet buying experience was very pleasant. Jeff, Maureen, Zach and Tina all were honest, courteous and fair. They were very knowledgeable and listened to what I wanted. I shopped around and chose American Flooring because I liked what I saw, they are local, and their pricing was competitive and use the best installers. My carpet arrived on schedule and Darren Harrison and Josh were at my home right on time. They did a fantastic job, my carpet looks and feels great! For two days they moved furniture and with obvious pride and skill they installed my carpet flawlessly. They listened to my concerns and I couldn't be happier with the job they did. They removed the old carpet and pad, swept before installing the new and moved all my furniture putting it back exactly from where it came. I am a real customer and so should you!”

“The choice of flooring was great. the installation was done by Tim's team and they were wonderful. Very pleasant and professional. they did the wood floring in my great room. 2 hallways and dining in 1 and 3/4 days. great job. only complaint is that when they put down the quarter round they didn't paint the ends white like the rest of the quarter round like at the ends where it meets the items that is put down at door ways and where it meets tile. Other than that it was an excellent job.”
