“AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE. My entire transaction from start to finish was done by text. I couldn’t be happier with the results. I purchased 1400 sq.ft. of carpet for a rental property in Florida. I am in NY, so I contacted American Flooring after I was referred to them by a family member. I thought I would need to compare a few estimates, but, I never looked elsewhere! Great selection, knowledgeable salesperson, fair pricing for both carpet and installation, trustworthy technician…all boxes checked!! The job site was left spotless and all of the old carpet and padding was removed and disposed of off site! 100% satisfied with product and services purchased!”

“In late May 2023 I contracted with American Flooring for carpeting and laminate of a stairway and second floor bedroom/closet. The folks at American Flooring (Windy, Tina, Edgar, and Maureen) went above and beyond expectations with their service. Actual installation by JB of Jennings Floor Covering was excellent …. additional attention needs to be given to cleanup in the future. I voiced and shared photos of my concern with Maureen for feedback. Overall, I am very happy with my upgrades and would not hesitate to recommend or use their services in the future. 😀🇺🇸🏡👍”

“I went in to ask questions because I was so confused about a tiling situation. A lady came out from the back, and after a few seconds she had schooled me more on tile than I'd ever had before. Even though I wasn't using her product or services, she treated me better than most that do provide those services. On my next job I will certainly use their services and be excited about how professional they are.”

“American Flooring installed LVP throughout my house and also installed backsplash in my new kitchen. They did an excellent job. They were so easy to work with, provided us many samples to bring home so we made the right color choices, and were never pushy. The installers were very clean and professional and left no mess at all. I highly recommend American Flooring! We will be using them more in the future when it’s time to update our bedroom flooring.”
