“Looking for new carpet, shopped the local big box stores thinking we’d get the best price there—but we got no service or advice and ended up confused and frustrated. I’m glad we found American Flooring. They had a huge selection. Katie was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She let us check out big samples for a long weekend. Educated us on fibers, twists, density, etc. It turned out their prices were extremely competitive. It was reassuring dealing with someone who was really informed, professional, and efficient. And didn’t give us the hard sell.”
