Erica was extremely helpful in our decision-making process. Jason Mellan installed the laminate flooring. Jason has an amazing work ethic! He is a professional in every way and cleaned up as he installed laminate flooring in our living room, hall, three bedrooms and a loft. Nick had the stairs re-carpeted in two hours and, of course, cleaned up when he was finished. That was so wonderful for us to have the best of the best working in our home. “We bought a new home and had heard good things about Allman's. We were even referred to them by our friends but unfortunately our experience was less than inviting. We liked the selection and the complimentary measurements is a plus but the lack of communication, incorrect estimates/carpet placement and being stood up for installation made this experience a poor one for us. I doubt any of our issues were passed onto management or the owner as the business seems to be running on staff that can't keep up. About a month ago we asked for an updated bill when installation was finished as things had changed so that we could pay them and have yet to hear back from them.”
