“I couldn’t be happier with Isaac and his install crew today. Friendly, knowledgeable and work with me on having to move furniture around, and they did it all in one day. They even did a little extra service on my stairs for a waterfall look - super happy. I do highly recommend Allman’s with great prices. Erica on the sales floor was super helpful and professional, and Brent who estimated was right on time as anticipated.”

“I spent about 5 months going back and forth on trying to find the right carpet. Trying to find the right match of texture and color. Holly was great to work with. You never really know how dirty your carpet is until you remove all the furniture and see the contrast. Glad we were able to get such nice carpet in.”

“I came in needing a quick install in my master bedroom. Alec showed me my options for in-stock material, and set me up for installation as soon as my painters were done. Installers were SO fast! 40 min flat and I instantly had 25 years newer carpet! What a dream! If you need quality work at a good price point, ask for Alec.”

“We didn't actually do business with Allman's so I am keeping the stars neutral, but the experience trying to get a quote wasn't good. I called Allman's to get a quote for LVP flooring. I initially thought they'd be the a good fit as the woman who answered was really nice and I liked that it was a family business. We got measurements and they said we'd have a quote either that night or the next day. The next day at around 4pm I hadn't seen it, so I called before they closed and asked what the usual timeline on quotes are. Again they said either that night or the next day. The next morning they called me and said they are ready to send the quote but need my email. I wait a few hours and call back to ensure the email was correct since it sounded like they were sending it right after hanging up. They did have it correct and said the salesman must have got distracted, ensuring they'd send it shortly. I never heard back and never received a quote. Idk if they just didn't want the job or what, but pretty strange to call and say you are sending over a quote then never send it. I didn't inquire further as not even being able to get a quote isn't a great sign.”

“Needed new carpet for the master bedroom. Allman's had a beautiful remnant at a great price, including pad and labor. Their installers were available, fast, and did excellent work. I've purchased carpet there before, and will likely do so again.”

“We had flood damage - twice! - and Allman's helped us patch and replace carpet both times. We love the new carpets, the reasonable cost, and the labor was done quickly and expertly! I highly recommend Allman's to anyone for their flooring needs!”

“Holly and Kurt (or Kirk 🤔) have always treated me right and beat the competition price with BETTER quality carpet and BETTER customer service. You know when you walk into a car dealership and someone is coming towards you with a floppy handshake , a fake smile and all of that fanfare that will cost you an arm and a leg in the end? Not at Allman's. We have 2 rentals and have been replacing the carpets our tenants destroy for years. If you are remodeling a rental come talk to Holly and she will guide you in the right direction. If you want a better carpet for your home come talk to Allman's and they will have that amazing feel at home perfect plush comfy great quality carpet and pad.”
