I found this business on Angie's list and they had great reviews. Hired this company to replace carpet and flooring throughout our home along with new entry-way tile and new tile for our fireplace. I found them to be on-time, efficient, knowledgeable, and hard-working. We have enjoyed the laminate flooring in both our living, dining, and family room areas along with the new carpet in all our bedrooms. We had many compliments on the tile work and flooring from friends. I would recommend All Pro Floors to anyone looking for quality flooring for their home.

With All Pro Floors, we had both wood floors and tile floors installed. They came when they said they would and provided the service as promised. The installers were very friendly and professional. The only thing I would have liked would be if they had done some sort of dust containment when they removed the floor. There was dust everywhere, and plastic might have been nice.

I originally went through Lowe's to get tile installed in two bathrooms. When they came to install, they said my Master Bath was uneven and they weren't able to install in that bath....turns out Im glad they didn't, because they didn't do a very good job in the other bath! So scrambling around I found Pro Floors. The salesperson Wyhnemah came out quickly and was very knowledgeable. My uneven Master Bath was not an issue! My install was scheduled within the week and the men who came to do the install were awesome! I also had them fix the mistakes in the other bathroom. Needless to say I wish I had gone with them in the first place and will always call them first for any other projects I may have!

All Pro Floors takes each customer service opportunity very seriously, and regrets that this transaction did not meet our customer’s expectations. We chose a particular installation specialist who in tern assigned seasoned installation mechanics to take care of a carpet installation on a Saturday morning per our customer’s request. It is our practice to provide an arrival window of three hours. It is unusual that we would promise a specific time of arrival because delays beyond our control do sometimes occur. We have retrained our installation specialist about promising a specific arrival time. A carpet installation for two rooms as described should have taken about three hours, and the report that our installers took longer is not acceptable to us. We apologized to our customer on installation day for the time it took to complete the job and were told that the job looked great and he was happy. We called our customer on Monday after the Saturday installation to confirm the job was complete to his satisfaction and to make arrangements for the second half of the invoice. We mailed a “Thank You” card on that day. We also mailed an Invoice with a credit card slip indicating that the balance of the invoice had been charged on that day also. We followed up with our customer by phone on December 27th to insure he had received paperwork showing the job was paid for. As a result of this less than satisfactory customer experience, we have improved our efforts in communication and follow up with our installers and customers. We had All Pro Floors re-carpet our whole house. Reenie, the sales representative we worked with, was great. She was really helpful when we were looking at colors. The only complaint I have about the experience was that the installation process was rough on my house. We had just painted and refinished the floors, and after the carpet installation there were lots of chips and nicks on the walls and the corner. Nothing was wrong with the carpet itself, it was just that everything around it got beaten up. I know things like that happen, but the worst crime was that my wood bottom step was completely mutilated. The carpet itself went in well and looks beautiful, but I had to have people come in and touch up the paint and fix up the bottom step. I was told when I decided to use them that they were rough on their installation, so maybe All Pro needs to educate the installers a little more. I never mentioned the nicks and things to them, since I already had people working on the house. But I'm sure that if I told Reenie, she would have had them fix it. Separate of the rough installation, All Pro has great service and their pricing is good.

Talked to Geoff about laminate flooring, he answered all our questions. The laminate we picked was on sale, couldn't find a better deal anywhere else. The installers were excellent, did a very professional job. They removed the base board and re-installed after installing the flooring, can't even tell it was removed.
