“We requested 3/4" hardwood floors installed and I was very impressed by the level of professionalism the crew had and how much they took ownership of the install; as if they were doing the install in their own home. They thought out the way each piece would be laid out to make the flow look seamless. The floors are very warm in comparison to our travertine kitchen floors, I just wish I ran it all throughout the first floor. I believe the sales staff may need a little more coaching regarding response time, but other than that, my floors look like a million dollars. I would definitely use this company again.”
