She was able to give us such great guidance to help us decide which product best met our needs, but she wasn't pushy about anything. The pricing is very fair (as compared to 5 other quotes), the store has a wealth of products to choose from and see in person, and we were even able to take larger sample boards home to see how the product did in our lighting.
