“These guys just finished putting new carpet in my home today & I'm so happy with the job they did! They came out & gave me an estimate at no charge last week & then found a spot to fit me in today to get it done! This was a job I needed done from after damage from Hurricane Florence, at a time when everyone is nervous about price gouging, finding the right business to do their work & some companies are wanting way too much money upfront (a small % I understand for materials but not 3/4 of the whole job!) These guys didn't need a dime from me upfront & had one of the best estimates of all that I had come out & bid it. From the woman that has taken my calls & each one of the sales guys, I guess that's who they are, to the guy that installed today, everyone has been so nice, polite & very accommodating....espcially to me wanting to get this finished as fast as possible! Like doesn't everyone right?! They are slammed busy like every business in this hurricane damaged city but they were professional from start to finish. I never detected any frustrations & I'm sure things were stressful at times for them with other jobs but they were awesome! They get 5 stars from us! Thank you Al Barnes Carpets”

“I am never one to write reviews. After several estimates, we decided to purchase luxury vinyl plank flooring and carpet from Al Barnes. And we never imagined the flooring would look this good. Randy and Corey did a "great" job installing our flooring. They moved our furniture and made sure we were happy with everything before they left. Highly recommend!!!”

“Had a few bumps but we eventually had two rooms done. The laminate that was picked for one room unfortunately was not a close enough match for what we have in the living room so now it's kind of weird but it's too late to do anything about it now. Not their fault but I kind of wish we had them later a few slabs down (the sample piece looked fine but it was just one small piece)”
