Material delivery (to the extent it's been in their control) and installation has been on time and done very well. “My review is based on ordering and receiving carpet only, installation services were not used. We originally ordered carpet from Lowe’s. When we went to pick it up, we were told all carpet was backordered for another month due the pandemic. We immediately canceled the order. On a whim, we stopped by Al Barnes Carpets to see if they could help us out. Their carpet selection was very impressive and we made our selection within 10 minutes! Their prices are also very reasonable. We paid about the same price as the original carpet, but the quality is far superior. Ordering was a breeze and we picked up the carpet within a few days! The carpet itself has exceeded my expectations, it is so luxurious! They now have a customer for life!”
