“From start to finish these guys are true professionals. I spoke to Steve over the phone and arranged a quote for new carpets in our house. He arrived and took measurements, showed us the samples and helped us pick the perfect carpet for our house. We arranged installation that weekend. The tec showed up on time and was very friendly and moved our furniture for us. Great finishing product. Could not be more happy with the level of service and professionalism of Steve and our technician. I was absolutely floored ! Will never go anywhere else for our flooring needs and neither should you ! The best in town !”

“I would give 10 stars if it were possible! It all starts with Steve arriving to look at our old wonky apartment. Great recommendations from his staff when it came time to choose colours and styles. Installers (Raz and Danny and Mat) were all fantastic. Our floor which was very out of level is now perfect! Raz is very fussy and he did a beautiful job of levelling and installation of our wide plank vinyl. Plus he is interesting and intelligent. Our floor looks and feels amazing, we enjoyed the entire process, Steve continues to be supportive as we pick his brain on other aspects of our Reno. You cannot go wrong here, this company is the real deal!!!”

“Great service! While completing a major house Reno in 2019, my husband and I ran out of a very small amount of underlay while installing our laminate flooring. We didn’t need a large leftover roll of underlay (to clutter the garage) at the end of our Reno. Absolutely Floored gave us a small piece of the same underlay we had purchased from them so we could happily complete our Reno...thank you AF!”

“I had purchased laminate and tile for my house from abosolutely floored and then again recently I purchased carpet from them for my rental property. They really wowed me with their friendly customer service and prompt installation date. They are true to their name, they absoultely floored me with vast varieties of good quality products to choose from. I am very impressed with my home and rental property they look amazing.
