“If I could give them 10 stars I would. We replaced the entire lower floor of our 25 year old townhouse with luxury vinyl plank. Our existing flooring had 5 different types of flooring and were of varying heights. We wanted one flooring and no transitions. Mike helped us with choosing a product and came over and measured and assessed our current situation. He provided an reasonable estimate for the removal of our existing flooring and to get the entire lower floor flat. We had other quotes from other companies and Mike's quote was competitive but he did not nickel and dime on little things which was so appreciated. He clearly is an expert in his field and appreciated his advise. Andrei and Pavel (of Crafted Interiors) were the installation crew. I can not say how much attention to detail they did to ensure the floor needed to be laid. They took 3 1/2 days to complete and 2 of them were demotion and preparation. Each surface had been laid with varying thicknesses of plywood to get a uniform surface. They primed all the surfaces prior to pouring leveling compound. The result was amazing. The floors are perfectly flat and solid ( not the case with the prior floors). They were on time and exceptionally clean in completing the work. Every day the space was cleaned and you wouldn't have know the type of work had been done all day. I would not hesitate to use Absolutely Floored again and in fact we will get them to do the carpets and stairs upstairs next. We have already referred them to friends and family.”

“Before moving into our new home we enlisted Absolutely Floored to redo our main floor with vinyl (pictures of in-store sample then final product - obvs lighting is different) and carpet for the stairs and loft. We dealt with Tanner in sales, who made the process easy. He listened to what we were looking for, our lifestyle and made some amazing suggestions that we are so happy with!! The vinyl contractor Michael was very easy to work with and did a fantastic job installing the new flooring and making our new home ready to move in! The carpet contractor was good as well with the installation itself, only downside here was they didn't clean up the carpet bits in building hallway / lobby like the vinyl contractor did after their job. 10/10 if you want to redo any of your flooring you'd be crazy not to reach out to Absolutely Floored!”

Once our flooring went in there was an issue and we had a product inspector come out a few days later and then the next day they were back.
