“We had a wonderful experience! Our sales person was Bonnie. From the moment we walked in she excelled at customer service, walking us through the showroom, answering our question & helping us pick out the perfect tile. Her industry knowledge was top notch too! When it came time for the crew to come to our house, they were just as wonderful. They spoke Portuguese, but we managed to communicate through a translator app & it was seem less! The second day the project manger AND owner came to the house just to make sure we were happy with how everything was going. On top of all this amazing customer service, the price was unbeatable! We got 9 quotes from all over Jax - no one came close to the price they quoted! AND my tile is perfect!!! PERFECT!! Please don’t pass them up, I promise you will not regret it. Go see Bonnie ”
