“From beginning to end, this experience was fantastic. Liz and Bryant expertly managed the assessment and quote, with multiple onsite visits to pick tile, asses installation and then deal with an unexpected moisture issue. Our project was very large, as we redid nearly all of the flooring in our entire home. They came to the site regularly to inspect progress, and keep tabs. They were in close communication, sending pictures and updates as we progressed through demo, moisture remediation and installation. The crew was incredible - our installation is flawless, and they worked through the entire final weekend to ensure we could get into our home ASAP. They carefully caulked everything, reinstalled our doors and appliances, and cleaned up the worksite. When they left, the site looked beautiful. We could not be happier, and will continue to use About Floors n More for other projects in our home.”
