“Angel & Anthony came this morning to clean carpeting in 2 bedrooms & family room. They were on time, friendly & did a thorough cleaning job in 2 hours. I had a stain on my bedroom carpet that was 11 years old & they were able to remove it. I wasn't expecting that to happen!! Nothing short of a miracle. I should have called Y's Way 11 years ago. They are very professional. They explained the process as they pre cleaned to agitated the carpet to the cleaning process. My carpet looks and smells like bran new. “My husband and I recently contracted with Y's Way in Watertown to have oak flooring and wood underlay installed as well as the old carpet etc removed. We dealt with Daniel as our Sales Representative and Harry was our installer. Everything went very well; Harry was right on time and got the work done in a timely manner. Harry was a very personable, kind, and diligent worker, extremely professional, taking care to move furniture and showing complete respect to our home and furnishing so no damage occurred. We were very impressed with Harry's expertise...and the finished product, with the trim we requested between the rooms, the edging and fireplace trim looks amazing.
