“If you live on Long Island and need floors done, this is the company to use. They have an amazing showroom with knowledgeable staff that really help you envision what your floors will look like when the job is done. Installation was smooth and quick, and the installers were able to explain to me what they were doing in layman's terms. Since I don't know much about flooring this helped me know what the finished product would look like and how the work would be done. They even accommodated my schedule from the moment I called to see samples all the way through the installation process. These guys take pride in their work and it shows!”

That is what you will find with this company ,you will never get this kind of service at the big chain stores ..We had ordered flooring and as with all products Covid has created challenges with supply and delivery .. a four week delivery turned into eight weeks. Mike was constantly keeping in touch with us about what was going on with our order and the vendors .. When we finally received our flooring. The installers Chris And Steve did a exceptional job. “We had a wonderful experience at We'll Floor U in Hampton Bays, NY. Upon walking in I was greeted by Diane who was incredibly helpful in helping find the right color, style, size carpet. They have a wonderful inventory on premises. There was no ordering and waiting. It was in stock! Within a week our room was measured and the carpet installed. It was a stress free, no pressure, easy process. The price was great too! I felt compelled to write this review quite honestly. This is local business that strives for great customer service and they deliver. There is something very special about the local store that has true care for the customer. Now more than ever we need to make sure we go out of our way to support hometown businesses, especially those that do a great job.”
