“We had three companies come out to give us a bid to install carpet and LVP. Kevin from the SB location was very knowledgeable and did an excellent job explaining the different products available. We were on a tight time schedule with trying to get floors installed before moving into our new home. Kevin came to our house the same day we decided to hire Wally's for our project to start the demo and had a team of installers at our home the following day. Kevin routinely checked in with us during the installation to keep us informed of the progress and ensure we did not have any issues with the work being completed by their installers. He even came out every couple of days to check the job. Upon completion, he walked the job with me. We had over 2200' of LVP installed and 151 yards of carpet. I raised a concern about two pieces of LVP that were slightly miss cut which stood out from the rest of the flooring. Kevin didn't make any excuses for this and immediately scheduled a time for repairs to be made. I also commented on one area of carpet that appeared to be raised but said there was no need to address it. Kevin followed up by sending me a message that he had also scheduled the carpet installer to come the same day as the LVP installer so both issues could be looked at. Based on my experience so far, I am confident that the installers will come back and do an excellent job correcting this. We had another contractor doing work in our home who also has experience installing LVP and running construction crews. He commented on what a great job the team at Wally's was doing. Seeing the prior reviews about the quality of work by Wally's installers, their response to issues, and the education Kevin provided made Wally's the right choice for us. We would definitely use them for future needs and refer them to anyone who is looking for a flooring company. Thank you Kevin, Omar, Javier and the rest of the team at Wally's. My family is excited to settle in and enjoy our new home...especially with the beautiful flooring you have installed.”
