“Chris Drake who was an absolute pleasure to work with, came to the rescue after the guy who was supposed to do my flooring flaked on me. I would give Wallys Carpet 10 stars if I could! Chris came out, and within 2 weeks I have beautiful floors and Carpet! Fernando and Alex were the installers, and they were both awesome! I definitely recommend this company!”

“Chris Rogers was great to work with at Wally’s Carpets. I was having trouble finding a place where I could have a large piece of carpet made into an area rug and purchase a foam pad to go underneath it when I stumbled upon Wally’s Carpet. Chris was super friendly said he could definitely have an area rug made from any of the carpets they carried. He was really helpful and I selected a carpet with a waterproof backing that I absolutely love. The only issues I had was a lack of communication when my order was late. I had trouble reaching them at times, meaning there was no answer when I called a few times and they didn’t call me when they said they would. Otherwise I had a good experience with them.”

“Easy process in the showroom and set up a date for installation. The two installers, Ron and Mario, were very professional and neat. Completed the install in a timely manner including baseboards which were very well done. Very happy with the entire crew at Wally's and would recommend them to anyone who needs carpet or flooring”
