“Wagner was recommended to me by a longtime friend and real estate agent. I believe she had her own floors done with them. I got quotes from 3 vendors and their price was was competitive - but what really made me want to work with them was the friendly, helpful, non-pressure sales process. Rick spent a few hours with me and never got impatient. They're tucked away on a back road, but I imagine this contributes to keeping their costs low. They had an awesome amount of selection too - which they helped me narrow down. I was a bit overwhelmed, but they were honest and worked with my budget and timeline. They let me take some great samples home so I could see it in the space and Rick even picked it up when he was in the area so I didn't have to bring it back. (These werent the little chips you get at the big box stores, which really helped). They even coordinated with my awesome painter so that I didn't have to (which, in a reno project is super helpful). Even the install crew was friendly and professional! I'm looking forward to working with Wagner again, and have already recommended them to several of my friends. Best service, lowest price, and great work. I'm exceptionally pleased and glad I didn't go with Home Depot or Lowes.”
