“This store has all of your flooring needs, lots of selection, a bright and cheery place to take your time and browse through many samples. On top of that, there is the owner, Vic . I cannot say enough about a business owner who actually cares if his customers are happy with the flooring and the installation experience itself. Heck, Vic even cares about the impression his installers make !! We have purchased tile, carpet and even vinyl planks from Carpet Emporium over the years and always go back to them for our flooring needs even if we find something we like at another location because we know Vic will make sure we have what we WANT . . . Now, you're asking, what about problem resolution if something arises ? Vic just handled an issue we had with some defective material so I can assure you that he absolutely stands behind his customers as well as the products he installs. From my first call to him I knew he was proactive in his response to our issue. He explained his internal procedure to me and every bit of communication was upfront and pleasant. Not something that happens very often anymore with other business owners. And another excellent reason for you to give Carpet Emporium a try. I think you will be delighted. I am !!”

“I had no experience whatsoever when it came to home decoration, my first instinct would be to go to home depot or lowes. A friend suggested that I try the place she used for her home, carpet emporium. I knew when I had first walked in that I was in the place that would take my home to the next level. First of all the had an unparalleled selection of carpets, hardwood and tile options that gave me so many possibilities, as i was in the market for two types of flooring options. The staff was unbelievably courteous and knowledgeable! Warm and caring people who went above and beyond to help me make my house a home. Hilda treated me like part of her family, gave me really helpful advice, she is very knowledgable in her field and has a knack for interior design. She even helped me with other design aspects of my home from other things she has done with her homes over the years A salesperson can only be a great one when they have a equally great manager. You'll definitely find that with vick. He too made me feel right at home, explaining every part of the process from start to finish. Being new to decor a fear is that of being taken advantage of but Hilda and Vick made sure that I was comfortable each step of the way and weren't pushy at all, especially when I said I needed a night or two to think things over. Their prices are fair and their work was top knotch! I couldn't be happier. That was a couple years ago but I am writting a review now because they really showed how committed to customer service. I recently moved out of state and they even offered advice for my new home, if a local store was giving me a good deal or not and even helped me find a guy out here to install my carpet. You cannot go wrong with this store!!”

Appreciated the friendliness of the installers when they came by as well as how fast they finished. Everything went by without a hitch!”
