“In late 2014 we purchased carpeting for most of our 2 story house from Tony at Value Discount Flooring. We found a carpet we really liked and Tony beat the competitors bids we had received, and promised good service as well. Within a year of installation we started to notice some discoloration along some of the seams. When professional cleaning failed to fix the problem we contacted Tony. Tony determined it was a defect and went to bat for us with Mohawk Carpet. Through Tony's insistence Mohawk agreed to replace all of our carpeting, and as our carpet was discontinued it was an even better replacement carpet. Tony sent out an awesome install crew of Ken, Ed and Michelle and they replaced the old carpet with the new and did an excellent installation. We had almost $5,000 of carpet replaced at no cost to us. As much as we really liked the original carpet we really love the new carpet and the great installation. Thanks to Tony who lived up to the great service promise! With awesome service and quality products we'll always make Value Discount Flooring our go-to flooring provider.”
