“Final product excellent, communication lacking We went with Twin Brothers after taking estimates from 3 other companies. We found that the product Twin Brothers was offering to be better than what we saw at local Big Box store. The price was good, not the lowest, but we have always gone with the contractors we have felt best about. Also, we relied heavily on reviews and the reviews for Twin Brothers are excellent. The removal of our old tile floor was seamless. Took 2 days but really quality work done. They removal crew took great concern around baseboards and removal of wood trim. While removal is messy, it was not excessively dusty so we were pleased there. The are of concern came with the install. In meeting with the estimator we talked about transition strips from old tile to the new install. We were assured that they (Twin Brothers) would design a new 4 inch transition strip we would be happy with. This information did not get to the installer and as a result he had to rip up work he had done to fix it. The transitions he put in are ehh, they are there but not as nice as what we had before. Our expectation is that the installer would arrive with the design for transitions in hand as we had discussed when we contracted. This detail was disappointing. Final product looks great. It has made our room seem much more open and something I look forward to for years. I would have no problem using Twin Brothers again and would recommend them.”

“Twin Brothers Floors is a great company and we had a wonderful experience with them. We had all the carpet in our home replaced with laminate flooring and had a tile backsplash installed the kitchen. We really appreciated Tony’s help in the showroom and Samantha sending sample pictures to me to save us a trip back to the showroom. They worked within our budget and even brought out the samples we looked at in the showroom so we could see how they looked in our home. Chris, Jeff, and the other team members worked hard and addressed all my questions and concerns along the way. They did a wonderful job and everything turned out beautifully! I highly recommend them!”

The installation was done by a friendly crew that did a marvelous job of removing the old carpet and laying a floor worthy of a gymnasium. Communication was excellent throughout the process, everyone was accommodating with any requests we had, and they were quick. Would recommend Twin Brothers Floors without any reservations.”
