“We had a great experience working with Tustin Carpet. We recently purchased a new home and the existing carpet was in terrible shape. We stopped by Tustin Carpet and had the pleasure of working with Craig, one of the sales reps. He was extremely professional and helped us look at various options and pricing for carpet replacement. He then helped scheduled a measurement with Duke, the owner, at no charge. Duke came out to the house and took a measurement of all the rooms that needed carpet. Craig then followed up with us to provide pricing and availability for install. The whole process was very seamless, and we truly appreciated the professionalism of Craig and Duke. The installers showed up on time on the scheduled day and did a great job installing our new carpet. We're so happy with the completed work.
