“Rudy gave me a start date and they guys showed up every day on time and worked until approximately the same time every day. They cleaned up each day before leaving. The job itself had quite a few bumps along the way (not due to Trademark Flooring) and Rudy and his team were great about working around material delivery delays, product issues, etc. For example when the guys began installing the wood look tile they noticed there were issues with the product and pointed them out to me immediately. The tile wasn't flat, it was curved. Rudy and his team were patient with me while I returned the bad product and searched (same day) for a replacement. I also had some issues with getting the marble delivered on time...it took nearly 3 weeks extra to get here. The guys continued to work on the rest of the flooring while I waited for the marble to show up. They completed as much as they could and I was still waiting on the marble. Rudy was so understanding and when it finally came in he put me back on the schedule to finish the job. My house looks like a new show home! I've gotten so many compliments on the tile work. I would absolutely recommend Trademark Flooring to anyone wanting a fantastic job and a great price! My mom is getting her house redone with carpet now! I had 6 contractors come out and bid my job. My job covered over 1,200 sq ft of flooring; 3 rooms had carpet, the entry and the kitchen had tile and the fireplace had 8x8 tile that was going to be changed out. Nearly all of the downstairs was being ripped up and torn out to be replaced with 20x20 porcelain tile, 12x12 marble or porcelain wood look tile. Rudy was the only contractor that not only measured the house but sketched a layout of the house as well. Of all the contractors that came to the house to do a bid he was the only one that made me completely comfortable, answered all of my many questions, gave suggestions and seemed genuine as well as trustworthy. After the flooring was complete I was so impressed with his work that I asked him to recarpet my stairs as well. In between flooring installs I had another contractor that came out to do other things such as painting and installing kitchen appliances. He was so impressed with Trademark Floorings' work that he asked for business cards to hand out to his customers anytime they asked for a flooring reference! ”
