“I need more stars! Let's start with Kathlene. I contacted her regarding a second home in Telluride (our primary residence is in Henderson,Nv). After eons my husband FINALLY consented to getting new flooring (what? replace berber?). Mind you, I had picked out some new furniture pieces already and had a color scheme. We made it to the store about 3 pm on our drive from house #1 to house #2. Kathlene had my two possibilities for color laid out. Done. This was Friday. Monday, Mark and Allen showed up to install the new carpet. They are friendly, courteous, professional and tidy. They worked so hard and finished up at 8 pm on Wednesday. I do not know enough words to express how pleased and grateful we are. If you need flooring, call these folks immediately.”

“Worked with Top Line Floors for a bathroom remodel and new flooring. Wow, loved my new rich brown carpet upstairs, but it was SO dark in the small hallway and guest room downstairs. Dennis had said there was a guarantee we'd like it, or he'd change it out. And he did! The lighter "vanilla mist" color brightens that hallway and looks great with the new tile in the bathroom. As good an experience as remodeling can be: Dennis had terrific design ideas and worked well with others in resolving some "old house" issues. All of Dennis' installers (tile, carpet and laminate) were great, and Kat provided excellent post-installation help with how to maintain all of the above. Thanks to everyone at Top Line Floors”
