“I ordered my flooring from the store on Bell in Surprise, worked with Linda. She was great to work with and provided me with all the information I needed and help me select the flooring I was looking for. Totally satisfied. Then came the installers, Ohana Floor Coverings, Matt deserves 10 stars. He and Joe were amazing. First Matt came by a couple of days early to drop off the wood flooring, he checked what was to be done, he found out that the demo of the old wood floor was glued and this was something he could not do, so he immediately contacted his demo crew, Carlos came in on a holiday with his helper and removed the old flooring in record time and did a great job, cleaned up very well and made it ready for the new installation. Matt and Joe showed up as scheduled, worked very efficiently and did an amazing job. Not one piece of wood was cut incorrectly and Matt conferred with me on many questions that arose while they were installing. I just can' say enough great things about them. Ohana Floor Coverings, Matt, Joe and Carlos all get 10 stars. Thanks Linda for getting me the BEST installers Direct Carpet One has !!!!”
